These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Oh Starri, operated by Cara Koti LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Oh Starri is a personal astrology application that provides natal chart calculations, transit tracking, and AI-generated astrological readings via Starri. The app is intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight.
Oh Starri is not a substitute for professional advice. Astrological readings are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on content provided by the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Oh Starri. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
Oh Starri offers the following paid plans under the Starri+ subscription:
Free trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After 7 days, you will be asked to subscribe to continue full access.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@ohstarri.com within 14 days.

Oh Starri allows you to add birth data for other people. By adding another person's data, you represent that you have appropriate permission to store and use that information within the app. You are solely responsible for ensuring consent.
Oh Starri and all content, features, and functionality within it are owned by Cara Koti LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Astrological readings generated by Starri are provided for your personal use only. You may share readings for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution to Oh Starri.
Oh Starri is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any astrological reading or chart calculation. Astrology is a belief system and interpretive art — results are not scientific predictions.
We are not liable for any decisions you make based on content provided by the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cara Koti LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Oh Starri. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
